1. SC 6 into a magic ring. (6)
2. SC around. (6)
3. (SC, 2SC) x6. (9)
4. (2SC) x9. (18)
5. (SC, SC, 2SC) x6. (24)
6-16. SC around. (24)
17.(SC, SC, CH1, skip1) x6 (8 gaps)
Cut yarn and tie off.
Leaves:
1. CH7. Skip the 1st CH, then (SC, HDC, 2DC, 2DC, HDC, SC). CH2, then SC into the 2nd CH from the hook. Repeat () back down the other side of the starting chain. SS to first stitch. (Make 2, cut yarn after 1st leaf, leave yarn attached after 2nd leaf.)
2. (After 2nd leaf only.) SC into the end of the 1st leaf, connecting the leaves. CH30x. Cut yarn, leave the tail a few inches long. Weave the chain through all of the gaps in the lemon, then attach the end of the chain to the leaf end. Weave in ends.
